Welcome to the Sweepstakes page! This annual contest gives you an excellent opportunity to be chosen in 1 of 3 prize categories. Read on to learn more about our contest rules & how your entered. You also have the option of donating your Prize to the church of your choice.

Contest Rules

This Sweepstakes is for "Church Musicisans" only. Make sure to read and understand all contest rules, eligibility criteria. As a winner of the top prize, you must be validated by your Pastor confirming your age and that you in fact "play" there; or you can self-qualify (see rules). All Prize Winners selected agree to have their first initial/ last name posted on this website. No Exceptions.

Participation Rules

You must be an active Member of the Syndicate for 7 months to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All church musicians are automatically entered after depositing $40 within 30 days. You must stay in & reach $260 in deposits within 6 months of joining. You choose your status on the join form. As long as you meet the criteria when selected, you can claim your prize. If you fail the requirements, another random Member of the same status will be selected, qualified & have the opportunity to claim your prize. The only other restriction that would  apply is the number of suspensions on your account during the previous year and your age (18).  All top prizes are only $100, so no personal info is gathered other than your first initial/last name, nor are any prizes reported to the IRS. (Members cannot win consecutive years)

CHURCH VERIFICATION ($100 Winners only)

Your Pastor can verify who you are, your age & that you in fact "play there" within the last 12 months.  No other info is required. You can "self qualify" by sending us a link to your Sunday service showing you in the video during service (in the past 12 months), along with a pic of yourself. If the picture you send matches the musician on the video, your qualified. Or you can pay one of our Reps to visit your church and qualify you and receive a Check for $99 instantly ($1 check fee). ($15 cash to the Rep who will take a pic of  you playing during Service). Based on availability.

Contest Prizes and Schedule

There are a total of 196 Prizes to be claimed in the Sweepstakes. This annual Contest starts the first  Monday in August & ends 5-7 weeks later (must allow time for verification, replacements, etc.). 49 "random church musician Members" are selected & qualified each week. Be sure to check this site for the latest information. Winners will be announced after each drawing concludes (1st initial/last name only). If your are bypassed, the new claimant info will be posted.

 

PRIZES TO BE WON;

3RD PRIZE -   91 WINNERS @ $  25 EACH  = $2250

2ND PRIZE -   55 WINNERS @ $  50 EACH  = $2750

TOP PRIZE -   50  WINNERS @ $100 EACH  = $5000

1ST YEAR SPONSOR & SPONSORS THEREAFTER

SOUPZ will totally sponsor the Sweepstakes this first year. All subsequent years will be 50% sponsored by SOUPZ, and 50% by the Members. Based on the what the Syndicate Members donate, prizes will be distributed accordingly.  If no one donates, then the Sweepstakes will revert to 100 "Top Prize Winners" paid out @ $50 each (no verification).Example of Members donating to complete 50%;

250 Members donate $20 or 500 donating $10 = $5000

The more money raised, the more prizes distributed.

If Members donations reach $5000 or more:  

1st prizes are paid at MAX amount yearly by "SOUPS"

2ND Prizes claimable as donations continue to $2750.

3RD  Prizes claimable as donations continue to $2250.

From that point, every $175 donated is prized @ 1st, 2nd & 3rd. SOUPZ may or may not round off donations at the nearest $175 upon the Annual Donation Close Date (ADCD). If not, the left over funds default back to SOUPZ. Sweepstakes account for the next year. All info concerning the Sweepstakes will be posted here on the site. Be sure to check weekly.
