Welcome to the Terms/Conditions page. Here you will find all the information you need to know about our Membership saving volumes, and penalties. Here at the Syndicate, we aim to help musicians save money monthly, as their efforts produce an annual reward that they are sure to enjoy!
Everyone can save in their own time, at their own pace. The Tiers serve as indicators which recount your final accumulation in your past 12 months. Hopefully everyone will save within their own means as none of us are greater than the other. Whatever level any of us attain, we ALL are truly blessed!
TERMS/CONDITIONS
All provisions/restrictions listed below are for the benefit of ALL members, as well as the Syndicate. Our paramount restriction is a once a year withdrawals "only".
You must be 17.5 years old to join & 18 years old to enter Sweepstakes. Your D.O.B. must be entered on your join form as well as the last 4 of your SSN.
To complete the short-term requirement, you must deposit $40 within your first 30 days or your account will abort to your 1st suspension (see FAQs).
Reaching Tier 1, ($220 in deposits in 5.5 months/$9.57 per wk./23 wks.), keeps you in active status (see FAQs). You can save whatever you like (from that point) till the end of your annual.
Each Tier Level provides a saving strategy, and is designed to gauge your accomplished monetary volume in the Syndicate as you cross your finish line. They do not presume superiority (or the opposite), just personal achievement.
Check and instant withdrawal fees are in direct relation to your annual saving conclusion. Requesting a check withdrawal may afford you a lower fee in some cases.
All Savings are set aside in a non-interest bearing account, under the umbrella of an Irrevocable Trust, restricted to your "annual" access only. Meet the requirements and reap the benefits!

You can request your "CSS" (current saved status) twice per month.
Two (2) Suspensions on your account (S-2) per year will result in ineligibility to receive prizes in the Sweepstakes Contest, even if you recover or reinstate.
Early cancellations incur a penalty fee and mandatory check fee upon refund. If you cancel at your annual, there is no penalty and if you continue to save the rest of your year, you can withdraw even more. Every little bit helps.
All fees are found in FAQs. Once your deposits accrue to $220 ($10 /22 wks.), each year, you basically own a "penalty free" account. Your only cost is to withdraw.
On you 366th day with the SOUPZ (or the next bus. day), request full withdrawal. You are allowed to "re-deposit" up to 40% of the total saved at withdrawal, and you can deposit more 24 hrs. later.
A good idea each year is to deposit $40 to secure your short-term active status) and have 5.5 months to deposit $180 (only $9.48 wk. avg)
The Sweepstakes selection pot consists of all Members who satisfy these requirements; 1.Church musician - 2.Active status - 3. Be 18 yrs. old - 4. Max. of 1 suspension. All Church Musicians who meet these criteria are eligible to claim a Prize. (see FAQs).
The Sweepstakes funds of $10K will be sponsored the "1st year" by SOUPZ. Each subsequent year, the Syndicate will only sponsor 50% of the $10K. Members must raise the other half. These donations must reach $5000, or only Prize category 2 will continue the next year. The number of Winners will then be doubled to "100" with the prize amount for each selected @ $50 (no verification). All Member donations below the required $5000 will revert to the SOUPZ Sweepstakes account for next year's Contest till it reaches the required amount. All info will be posted on site.
You can also elect to have 10-15% of your annual savings sent by check to the Church of your choice. (10% tithes + 5% offering - $5 check fee pre-deducted)
