Originally designed for performers on/off stage - 35% of our total database is allocated for non-performers. If your "not" in the music industry, your space is limited so; get in where you fit in now!

Our Objective

At SOUPZ, we are dedicated to helping performers (and non-performers) create an annual "nest-egg" to use as you see best! Well past our 1st year, we now know we can help others reach their savings goal from what we've already achieved! Join today to reap annual benefits! We are growing so fast (and can't afford to hire more help) that we may have to close the doors on this Syndicate...and you would then have to be on a "Waiting List" for entry by reason of defaults, cancellations and failures to reinstate. Best to get in NOW!

Proverbs 13:11

                                                          *INTRODUCTION*

Whether you know it or not, all players/singers, engineers, producers and PR reps are "performers" in the music industry. Whenever you stand behind a mic or stand or sit with or behind your instrument, or "do what you do", your actions from start to finish is a performance. Good, average or bad is usually judged mostly by those who see/hear you. And more than not, your a part of an industry where many are paid on a below average scale, or not at all for a lot of musicians. And many of us in the lower levels of this industry really can't afford to save money, barely earning enough to make a living.  Joining SOUPZ will set you on a "pathway" to a short term goal that will assist your finances should you decide to take time off each year, reflecting life if only for a moment. Or just extra money to do whatever you want! Explore this site to see every saving opportunity available to you!

Proverbs 16:32

Withdraw Annually

At the end of your annual, withdraw what you've harvested & use it however you like;

New clothes; cherish your spouse; enhance your home; take the kids to a Theme Park. Or put some back in SOUPZ towards your next annual.

Or divert $$ to an interest bearing account! Relish the goal of getting back a portion of earnings every year!

Proverbs 13:12

Appreciate yourself

Life is short. Can you see the years rolling by so fast? Your kids growing up at light speed? Stop and reflect life.

Enjoy what you can; when you can.

Take a week off and; hit the Casino; take a mini vacation;  or visit family far away. Or relax around the house.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I become a member of SOUPZ?

Those seeking Membership in SOUPZ must be 17.5 years old (210 months). Your D.O.B. & the last 4 digits of your SS# must be recorded on the join form.

Sign up and start enjoying the benefits of our Syndication!

To remain "active", you must deposit $40 within the first 30 days after joining. You will receive a SOUPZ email on your 23rd day, stating you have 7 days to bring your account to $40, and are allowed 3 deposits" within that week. This is your last chance to save your membership and HOLD your active status. If your deposit total fails to reach $40, a check will be mailed to you minus a $6 check fee in 5 bus. days, and your membership will be terminated. You will be eligible for re-entry 1 year later. If you're successful, your account will be reviewed, and if eligible, you will be auto-entered into the Sweepstakes & then have 5.5 months (19 weeks) to add $180 (only $9.48 per wk./for 19 more weeks) to secure the yearly deposit requirement. SOUPZ will send you a final email 7 days before the end of your qualifying period, stating you must deposit the difference in 4 days (or none at all) to reach $220 or be at risk of entering a 2nd suspension. Suppose your account does not total $220 in those 4 days. In that case, you will have 3 days left to deposit the difference to reach $220 plus a $25 reinstatement fee (not from your savings). Otherwise, your savings account will default to termination, and your funds will be returned by Check (address on file, minus a 10% default penalty(DP) fee + $8 check fee). Please allow 5 business days.

Example:

16 weeks in, and you have saved $150. You failed to respond to emails sent weeks 13 - 15, stating that you need to deposit $70 (only $11.67 on each of the 6 deposits allowed per month) to remain active or risk a 2nd suspension on your account. You then have 4 days to comply and stop the suspension, keeping you active. If you fail, however, your account will be suspended a 2nd time, and you have 72 hours to recover. Even if you recover, you will lose your eligibility in the Sweepstakes. If there is no response within said time, your account will lock, & your membership will be terminated.

Results of the lockout: Total saved. - 10% DP & $8 check fee

$150 - 15 (10% fee) minus the $5 check fee. A check for $130 will be sent to your address on file. Allow 5 bus. days.

How soon can I withdraw my money after my SOUPZ Annual Interval?

On your 355th day, you will receive a SOUPZ email stating that your annual is coming up in 10 days. You can request a full withdrawal from your account on your 366th day (or the next bus. day). The minimum withdrawal fee is $3. Fees are "pre-deducted" (based on your preference of W/D) & range from 1.20% to 1.35% for instant transfers to your debit card or other methods offered (Zelle, CashApp, Paypal). These methods are based on availability (limited transactions per week or funds in those accounts). Bank transfers take 1-4 business days and are free of charge.

All early cancellations and terminations incur a $8 check fee. No other withdrawal method is allowed.

As the cost per check processed is expensive, check withdrawals carry an additional fee for each range.

Withdrawal ranges & Tier ranges are identical.

Are there any other benefits I receive to join?

ALL church musicians who join SOUPZ and deposit $40 within the first 30 days and are eligible are automatically entered into the $10K Split by 196 Sweepstakes. You must be 18 years old by the time of drawing. A total of 2 suspensions per year on your account (even with reinstatement or recovery) will status you as a disqualified entrant, thereby ineligible to claim a prize in the Contest. If selected, you will be "bypassed," replaced by another random entrant selected and verified to receive your prize. If you are selected and meet all criteria, further requirements may be needed to claim your prize.  (see Rules). By accepting your prize, you agree to have your first initial & last name posted on the Winners list after the drawing.

Do I have to pay taxes on my savings here? And what about the Sweepstakes?

Since you will be taxed on the money you deposit on your income tax return, SOUPZ does not report any Member activity to the IRS. We must, however, report our operations as a business.

Salaries, fees concerning penalties/reinstatements, checks & instant withdrawals, and administrative costs.

All savings are held in a non-interest-bearing account, so there are no capital gains. You get back what you save minus the fee to withdraw.

Concerning the Sweepstakes:

Since no prize is valued at $600 or more, we are not required to collect your Social Security number or issue a 1099 MISC, as all top prizes are only $100. So that won't be reported either.

Special note: All SOUPZ fee percentages are subject to change from one calendar year to the next without notification.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

You can cancel your SOUPZ membership by contacting our customer support team by email. Should you decide to leave us before the end of your annual interval for whatever reason, your savings will be returned to you minus 15% of your total saved as an Early Cancellation Penalty(ECP). A check will be mailed to your address on file. (Check fee $5).

If you cancel at the yearly interval, you can withdraw your funds by selecting one of our offered methods with no penalty. Your account will be closed, and you will be eligible for reinstatement 6 months from the date of cancellation. If approved to re-enter, you must pay $40 upfront, and your new yearly interval would start then.

Example: You saved $260 over 6 months, and 2 months later, you wish to cancel, saving a total of $294.

$294 total saved minus an ECP of $44.10 (15%) = $249.90 minus $10 (check fee), totaling $239.9, returned to you in 5 business days. You could keep that $44.10 by waiting 4 months & possibly withdraw more through extra deposits during that time. It's totally up to you.

TESTIMONIALS FROM OUR NON-PERFORMING MEMBERS;

I do landscaping for a living. Every time I try & save personally, I always end up dipping back into that account & eventually not saving at all. SOUPZ looked attractive to me so I joined. I was only depositing occasionally, so in 5 months I saved $189. I was notified by email that I had only a month left to deposit $71 or lose my membership. I put in $12 each on the SIX deposits allowed per month to stay in active status.

I decided to deposit $15-$20 per week from that point on. At the end of my annual, I withdrew $708! (after W/D fee). I took my wife out for dinner & drinks ($79), put $200 on my CCs, invested $200 in Robinhood, & put $120 back in the SOUPZ and still had over $100 in pocket change. I'm now depositing $20 every week and pushing to withdraw over $1200 next year! Knowing I now have an account I can't touch for 12 months, I urge you to try SOUPZ. It's the answer for anyone out there who finds it difficult to save!”

[D. Williams]

I'm a server at an all you can eat buffet Cafeteria. I joined SOUPSZ and deposited $40 right away to pass the 1st requirement to stay active. I reached $260 in about 5 months.Cutting back on fast food, I put a little extra in each week & continued to grow my savings. No big deposits, just $10 - $20, with a little more here & there (I received a big tip at my job once and deposited $33 the next day). If it wasn't for SOUPZ keeping my withdrawals to once each year, I know I would have dipped into my savings at least 4 times (or more). On my 366th day,  I withdrew $823! I was so happy because that money was right on time! I also put $200 back in towards next year's savings. Thank you Jesus!
